On this episode, we are joined by Kimberly Janet, a national fencer who recently represented Malaysia at the SEA Games 2019 in the Philippines. Before the SEA Games in 2019, she stepped away from fencing for 9 years to focus on her career as a health business development manager, but decided to come back due to her passion for fencing. So she quit her job and focused on coming back into fencing and getting into the national squad for the SEA Games 2019.

Out of many things, we talk about the challenges of coming back to the sport after such a long hiatus, the support given to her during her sporting career, her experience in fencing, and the journey that she went through represent her country even after being out of the sport for so long.

We are joined by Daphne Ng, former national badminton player for Malaysia and now Head Coach/Co-Founder at Duo Sparks, a badminton academy! We talk about her days as a national player, the demands, what it takes to be at the top of your game, her work now at Duo Sparks raising the new generation of badminton athletes, as well as her passion spreading the joys of sports.

He is the current Assistant to the CEO of EVOS Esports, and has worked in a myriad of roles in esports including: former player, manager, caster. He offers his perspectives from an organisational standpoint about the demands of being an esports player, what EVOS does to deal with these demands, as well as share what has happened since he joined EVOS.
