Sometimes there's so much noise that it causes chaos, more anxiety and worry. We become so frustrated that we lose control. However, if we can control our thoughts even amid the noise and negative vibes, we can control our emotions and thus, our behavior.

Sometimes doing what's right seems to have no benefit while your enemies are triumphant! The Psalmist expressed his feelings in Psalm 17. However, his prayer is one of confidence because he trust God and know that he is the "Apple of God's eye." So are we who are determined to do what's right in God's sight.

Many have been shaken by the tragedy! Broken hearts are an understatement especially for the families of those killed in the helicopter crash. The depth of sorrow & grief seems unbearable. May they receive strength and comfort.
