In the 18thcentury, there was a man called Douglass, who lived his entire life on 'Someday Avenue', preparing for a day that never came.

He was once asked "Mr Douglass, when are you going to write the book and sing the song?" Someday I will get them done. He responded.....

There is a popular saying that:

‘Honesty is the best policy in business.’

Not only in business, but Honesty is also the best policy in life. 

You won't go far if everyone doubts whatever you say per time.

Honesty is a supreme value.

You can't win at work without honesty.

Every great organisation has boring, complex and dynamic tasks they embark on from time to time. 

Some are planned, others happen accidentally. 

Not everyone can hack a complex task, it requires deep thinking and work.

Can you be a hacker of complex and boring tasks?

To show interest in someone's affairs is emotional labour, not everyone is gifted in this.

The majority always wants to mind their business and do what is required. YES!

But there is something about emotional labour that makes people Win at work....

Can you be an arouser – the one who arouses the emotions of others to do great work?

Can you be a Stirrer – be the employee who stirs actions towards a productive work in the organisation?

Can you be an  Inspiration  - the one who inspires creativity and productivity at work?

I have shared this secret with several employees at workplaces.

It is one secret that can make you outstanding and win at work.

Can you proffer a solution to the lingering problems of the organisation?

Can you develop a new model that can reduce wastages or operational lapses of the company?

Wining at work requires......

· Can you be a custodian of the company’s trade secret? To be a true custodian it means you are a part of the creation or you solely created it for the company.

· Do you have an uncommon skill, information, knowledge or a method of solving problems that no one in the organisation has?.....

The affirmation of I AM has tremendous power.

The divinity has given every one of us the capacity to bring into existence what we desire.

Words have the potency to transform things from invisible to visible.

Words create life.

Words manufacture substances.

Words establish authority.

Words build confidence….
