Welcome to "The Conscious Flow". During this show we will talk about, "Optimism Pessimism And Breaking Bad Habits". In life we all have positive and negative experiences. But utimately, we have to make our own choices. You can choose to remain stagnant or progress. People who are optimistic mostly see the good things in life. This doesn't necessarily mean they do not see the bad things. It's just they refuse to dwell on them. On the otherhand, the pessimist tends to see the negative aspects in mostly everything. But also this doesn't mean that it's extreme by not seeing anything good at all. Some people might even suggest that pessimist operate through fear of the unknown by always speculating the worse. But, that is not always true either. There has to be some kind of balance in how you view life. Most people fall somewhere in between both pessimism and optimism. Nevertheless, we have some people in this world who fall into only one of those categories. 

You can not be everything to everyone. That's impossible ! Just be yourself because that's what really matters. Also, we are going to talk about breaking bad habits. As I said before, no one is perfecta and we all have our flaws. There are so many bad habits that people should break. Most of these habits were developed throughout childhood and experiences growing up. No bad habit is easy to break because it has become a part of who some people are as a person. Although, the bad habits can be broken, sometimes it takes a while. The bad habits that I will speak on today will mostly focus on the transformation of the mind. Like I always say, if you can change your thinking, you can change anything.

What is loyalty? During the show we will discuss "Loyalty Understanding The Complexities of Friendship" What does loyalty mean to you. In this day in age it has been said that loyalty is rare. As adults we respect the fact that everyone is different and special in their own way. You can not make a person accept you or be loyal to you because it has to come from within the individual. We all deserver respect, love, and truth. On this show we will focus on loyalty concerning friendships and how it affects our lives. 

Never allow anyone to take advantage of your loyalty. If you feel as though you are not being respected or appreciated then just know that you have every right to move on with you life. They say sometimes you have to love people from a distance. It's not that you hate them, but you are no longer going to be emotionallly, physically, mentally, or spiritually abused by them. In life we met people as a lesson or blessing, but in whatever the case may be; we always learn something from the experience. 

Know when your loyalty is not be reciprocated because you don't want to be giving 100 percent and the person you are being loyal to is only puttijng in about 50 percent or less. We have to acknowledge that some people can still be in our heart, but they just can't be a part of our lives. If being in a friendship contradicts everything you believe, then it's time to move on. Don't let anyone make you feel worthless or unimportant. As the saying goes, know your worth and understand that you deserve the best in life. You deserver respect, truth, love and so much more.

Our aspirations are the dreams or goals that we desire in life. During the show we'll discuss Aspirations and Dealing With The Influence of Social Media. Millions of people are connect online by social media every day. It influences our behavior and lifestyles in various ways. In some cases it may be positive, but in other situations it may be negative. I will discuss a few of the pros and cons of social media. Essentially, we are in control of our lives, but may be directly or indirectly influenced by the things we read, hear, or see online. It affects our aspirations and success. 

Also, the show will focus on life before the digital age and how we lived our lives without social media. There are great benefits that surround being involved with new technological advancements. Yet, some people tend to use it for inappropriate things and share negativity. Let's discuss how social media affects our lives. We all have aspirations, dreams and goals that we would love accomplish, but must be careful on the influences of social media.

During the show we will discuss how you can learn to address certain psychological behaviors and conquer your negative thoughts. Elevate Your Mind Conquering Psychological Behaviors is our topic. I will focus on cognitive dissonance which is the state of having inconsistent thoughs, beliefs, or attitudes, especially relating to behavioral decisions and attitude change. Also, we will talk about various ways to break certain psychological behaviors. 

Your brain is the central processing unit of the body. It sends signals to all other areas of the body which allows you to think and function properly. If you can elevate your mind, you'll be able to address certain psychological behaviors and conquer your negative thoughts. No one is perfect and we all could use some help in developing our minds to think more positively.

Today on the show, we will discuss Activism and Exploring The Power of Words.  The things we say tend to affect the environment around us. We can influence people, places, and things all over the world. Did you know that whenever you speak a word into the atmosphere that you give it life. There is life in our words. Activism is taking those words and bringing about political or social change in our society and throughout the world.

Today the show is about "Impacting Your Community and Making a Difference". People tend to support celebrities and well established businesses, but refuse to start their own. Some will even go out their way for large corporations and will not even support the local businesses in their neighborhood. In order for our communities thrive, we need the support of the people. There is a business in your area right now that will appreciate your care and concern.

Today the show is about social injustice and political corruption. Let's discuss a few things going on in our society and how we can make it better. Social injustice continues to disrupt our lives which causes people to suffer the consequences. Everyone deserves a fair chance at life and success. There is so much political corruption going on in this world that it will never end.

If you want to accomplish anything is in life you have to make the choice. Life is all about choices. It's up to you to make it happpen. In order to move forward, you must receive healing from the past. It doesn't matter what others have to say.
