In this guided meditation, you are led through a journey of energy clearing, releasing others energy from your fields, then with simple breathwork and some gentle introspection, you will focus with love on your current achievements (your rose), anything that is a challenge for you (your thorn) and finally something that is a new opportunity, inspiration or excitement in your life (your bud).

At the end of this meditation, you will feel both compassion, self-honour and contentment at who you are today, no matter where you are at in your journey, growing in self love and acceptance.

On this guided journey, Lasare offers some support for you and your youngest selves,  known as parts in IFS. Sometimes we find it hard to offer compassion for ourselves, as we have been coping for so many years.

Listening to a guided meditation can help point the focus gently within, reminding us that we need and deserve care and deep listening, no matter what we may have said or done, in the present moment or in years gone by.

By bringing loving attention to these parts, we begin to feel more integrated, less reactive and anxious.

This is wonderful to listen to whilst wrapped in a favourite blanket or shawl, holding a soft cushion or toy.

When we meet our younger fearful, hurt selves in kindness, they begin to settle and our nervous systems decompress.

Every day is a new day to let more love in for yourself and to let go of the impact of ancient pains...
