Today on the podcast in this solo episode, I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes look at the fifth and final year of Women Inspiring Women, an event that has meant so much to me personally and professionally. What began in my backyard in 2021 with just 24 guests, grew into a 100+ woman gathering rooted in connection, community, and support. I reflect on how this event was born out of grief, evolved over the years, and the powerful reminder of what happens when women choose to show up for each other.
Tune in to hear more about:
• The origin story of Women Inspiring Women and how it grew from backyard, to legacy.
• Why showing up for events (even when it feels uncomfortable) can be life-changing.
• The role of connection, networking, and friendship in both business and life.
• Lessons in hosting events with intention, purpose, and community at the heart.
• Gratitude for the women, partners, and supporters who made this event possible.
My hope is that this conversation inspires you to keep finding rooms that expand you, invest in connection, and never underestimate the magic of community! To stay connected or here about future events like my Girlfriends Walks, follow me on Instagram @AlliArruda!

This week I’m joined by mentor, coach and speaker Olivia Marie for a deep and eye-opening conversation about nervous system regulation, alignment, and what it truly means to create a life and business that feel good from the inside out. Olivia shares her journey from naturopathic school and building a health and wellness platform, to the moment she realized that no supplement, detox, or protocol could override a dysregulated nervous system—and how that discovery completely transformed her life and work.
In part one of this chat, we dive into the signs of dysregulation, how trauma and repressed emotions show up in the body, and why your nervous system impacts everything from your health and energy to your income and relationships. Olivia also opens up about her bold overnight pivot from hormone and gut health into mentoring entrepreneurs, the power of choosing alignment over fear, and why conviction in your vision is the greatest catalyst for growth.
Tune in to hear more about:
• How nervous system regulation became the missing link in Olivia’s own healing journey.
• The signs of dysregulation most people overlook
• Why your nervous system always overrides diet, supplements, and even the best routines.
• Olivia’s overnight business pivot and how alignment shaped her success.
• Practical steps to audit your triggers and start regulating your system now.
This one’s a mix of science, strategy, and soul and it’s packed with tools to help you find more calm, clarity, and power in your life and business. If anything stuck out to you, I would LOVE to hear your thoughts over on IG @AlliArruda!
