I used to be a competitive swimmer, I was muscular, I was athletic, I was fast, then I stopped, I went to college, had kids, I got back in the water 19 years later, I was nowhere near where I was before but getting in that pool, I felt 16 again on the inside. Small steps added up to bigger steps which then added up to even bigger steps and bigger goals. I went from the whale in the pool to the killer shark.
