This is a Daoist concept, and one that's difficult to grasp for most people." "Mean people suck… I'm pretty sure a Fire person created that bumper sticker." "The evolutionary path for Fire's growth lies in realizing that your best friend is truly your self." Links in this Episode:

"We think we have to fight. You fight with all your energy, bring out all your weapons, have all these strategies to get what you want, but it really doesn't have to be that way."
"This is the point of really wanting something authentically and then allow it to happen without any fight, without any rebellious chi."
"If you actually trust that you will get what you want, and it will be easy, then you don't have to fight… If you believe you actually get to have it no matter what… that's the first step. That means it will come no matter what."

Are you asking what you really want without any limitations? It can be a tough thing to do for many people. By Jaye McElroy and Leta Herman | Follow Us on: Facebook and Instagram
In this episode, we continue our discussion of Stage One of Alchemy.
"It's not based on money… It's not based on fears, taking risks. There's no mistakes. There's no right, no wrong…. It's a simple question, however, it's the most profound question of our lives. What do I really want?"
"Whenever you've been in the dark and you're moving towards the light… it's very bright in comparison to the darkness… you may have this exhilaration… an epiphany… but you may feel overwhelmed." "Something just speaks to you from the space that is not your mind." Getting to the Light at the End of the Tunnel After you make the commitment to embark on this journey, you may get some clarity about all the things you want to change in your life. But it can be overwhelming… what do you do when you're overwhelmed by seeing what you need to see clearly. How do you move forward? The What-Do-I-Really-Want-Process of Alchemy
You have to separate from the world and learn how to meditate. It's about starting a self-cultivation practice. You have to retreat from the world, to think, to process, to reflect.
"We need to give ourselves permission to reflect."
You need to ask "What do I really want" without any limitations, barricades, or roadblocks.
Are you willing to ask yourself this question?
"Even if they might know what they want, they put all these barricades or roadblocks in the way that they make it almost certain that they're not going to get what they want. It's almost the opposite… it can be an unraveling about how to get around these roadblocks, or if we have to, we'll blow them up."
This process involves asking this question completely open-ended. There are no limitations.
What if your whole life you're being or doing something you don't want to be or do?
You need to give yourself the time to really listen to your higher self.
What is the monkey mind? There's a difference between your higher self and your ego-based monkey mind.
Being vs. Doing
What do you do for money? And what do you do for passion?
Who do I really want to be? It's the same question as What do I really want? It's an identity question. "…when I told her that this question could be a being-ness question, and that she could actually wish for in her life, the Wu Wei that we talked about…she was so excited… Someone had given her the permission to just be the person she wanted to be…" The Meditation Think of yourself as a giant antenna. Turn on your receiver and wait for that signal to come in. Quiet that monkey mind. Asking yourself, what do I really want and tune yourself into the answer. You're going to receive something. Something that arrives in your mind. You don't manufacture it. Wait and be patient. Answer this question not from the mind level but from the spirit level. Write down your answers in your journal. Are you always living in Fear mode? Releasing fear in your life, Find your affirmations for your life, Listening to Abraham & Esther Hicks, Do you have a habit of the woulda-coulda-shoulda's? By Jaye McElroy and Leta Herman | Follow Us on: Facebook and Instagram
"When we're behind that veil, we cannot act from inspiration. We're always acting out of fear."
"If 80 is the halfway point of your life, what would you do differently. "
"If you know that you are really dealing with fear in your life. The first step is acceptance. Accept where you are. You're in fear, and that's normal. We all have fear of the unknown."
Start the journey today. Where does it all begin? In this episode, we take a deeper dive into the Nine Stages of Alchemy, what they mean, and where to start the Alchemical Journey. This is the initiation step. It's parting the veil. The veil is covering the illusion of reality. The goal is disillusionment, seeing through that illusion of life. When we're behind that veil, we cannot act from inspiration. We're always acting out of fear. The Nine Stages
Alchemy is about freedom. The Nine Stages are stages of development and increasing freedom, not a treatment.
"Why do you have to complicate things with what-ifs and woulda-coulda-shoulda's…" "You actually have to take the blinders off your eyes that limit your perception of life. You have to open your mind and allow a truer life experience." Are you willing to change? Releasing fear of growth and change. If you have fear deep down in your subconscious, it's going to keep surfacing. And you need to address this before you move on. Just be the watcher to shift the fear-based reality. Accept it, observe it and let safety into your life. Abraham techniques — When you say I'm safe once, it doesn't get to the deeper subconscious. When you say it at least 17 times, it can have a deep effect. It has to feel like a relief when you say it. It works a magic on you when it's the right affirmation. Links in this Episode:

"You get 1440 minutes EVERYDAY!"
"Disconnect to Connect."
"You have to have a reason to change, and you have to find your reason."
"We're in the middle of a time revolution, and I want to lead the revolt."
This podcast is about the amount of time you get for this lifetime and how you're going to spend it. Finding balance in your Nine Palaces is incredibly important. What's the most important factor to balancing our Nine Palaces? Time. The Concept of Stuffing: We're obsessed with stuffing because we have no time.
It's about you looking at your life and deciding what you want to do with these minutes everyday.
Are you just passing time because you don't want to face your life. Are you "Addicted to Distraction?" ADD leads to ATD (Addicted to Distraction)–you're down the rabbit hole in two seconds. Why are we doing the things we're doing?
Take back what is truly ours–it's time! It's your time, it matters. Top Three Time Suckers

Do you trust your own word? Can you commit to change within yourself? Learn this start-somewhere-easy-meditation, Everything in moderation is great in the Nine Palaces, Find some balance and peace of mind. By Jaye McElroy and Leta Herman | Follow Us on: Facebook and Instagram "Self-cultivation isn't just about meditating in the morning or working out. It's about everything."
"You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes every day, unless you're too busy. Then you should sit for 1 hour." — Zen Proverb
"Get some time with yourself… everyday." The topic of this episode is YOU, every aspect of your life that needs attending to. The Nine Palaces are:
Commitment
Commit to working on self-cultivation. Replace old habits with new habits. It means putting yourself first.
If you don't want to do something everyday, pick something else you want to do everyday. Be committed to something. What about your self-integrity? Can you commit to yourself what you want to do. When you start to balance all of the Nine Palaces, you don't want to over do or underdo any of them. Master Jeffrey Yuen said, "When you lack moderation, it taxes your Nine Palaces. Over consumption and over indulgences will tax and stress your Nine Palaces." Find the path of greatest ease. You have created much more drama than there actually is. If you find the path of greatest ease, drop some breadcrumbs so you can find your way back. Put some time aside to meditate, start somewhere. In meditation, when you get a thought, don't judge it. Ask yourself, "What is this thought, and where did it come from?" Thanks for listening to the podcast or reading this post! Jaye Leta
