Alchemy doesn’t just happen in the mind and soul— it happens in the body as well. Every day we are working toward alchemy on every level of our being. 

In this episode, I talk about why we can’t leave the physical body behind in the process of alchemical transformation. Just as we face energetic and mental blockages, the body holds its own — and when left unaddressed, those blockages ripple outward into our mental, emotional, and energetic fields. We hold so much in our bodies. Even if we have processed it in our heads, our body still holds on until we process these things. 

I explore how practices like lymphatic drainage, movement, and physical self-care can create more space in the body, allowing energy to flow more freely. Because when body and energy align, transformation deepens.

Shadows, Connection and Becoming The Vessel

In this episode I am messy and scattered and feeling all of the things. 

Everything is heavy and everyone can feel it. 

Now is the time for real alchemy. Real integration. Radical self honesty. Radical transformation. 

Now is the time for connection in a world that tells you to disconnect and further divide yourself from others.

In this episode I go over the very beginning basics of understanding your energy and the energy around you. I know I may have gone over these things before, but I felt that with everything floating around there, I felt called to speak on it again. 

I also talk about growth can sometimes change the energy in your relationship dynamics and it doesn't mean anything about you or the other person. 

This is a simple episode and a bit messy.

Don't dim your light. 

Don't shrink to fit into the box society built for you. 

We have seen society, and we are not here to fit in.

Sometimes the world feels unbearably heavy, and this is when we can alchemize. In this episode, I let my heart bleed a little as I reflect on the words of Samwise Gamgee from The Lord of the Rings:

“There’s some good in this world, and it’s worth fighting for.”

With tears in my eyes and a lump in my throat, I talk about why I wake up each day, why I choose to keep going, and how every one of us has a choice and we must decide how we want to show up in this world. We must decide the legacy we want to leave for those who come after us. We must choose to change. 

We explore:

~Why change needs to start within us and how things change one choice at a time
~How I personally choose Inspired Perpetual Alchemy and how it is woven into daily action and intention
~Turning away distraction and hate and choosing instead connection with our fellow humans
~Alchemizing the heaviness of the world into purpose, presence, and hope

This is a heavy episode, but also one filled with fire. My soul burns. Because no matter how dark things get, there is still good in this world. And it’s worth alchemizing ourselves to protect it.

I know things feel heavy, but I have hope and I will continue to hold on to that each and every day. Not just for me, but for my daughter and for those around me. Even in the shadows, I choose to love. 

You can't control the darkness, but you can choose to light a candle. 

Every day you have a choice to feed the fear or fight for the light. 

Remember that all the choices you make are alchemical.

This episode is a little different. Over the past few days, I’ve had several conversations about my work as an alchemical facilitator — what I do, why I do it, and why the how matters. I also talk a little bit about my why. 

My goal has always been simple: to hold space where people leave feeling more empowered, more connected to themselves, and with tools they can carry forward on their journey. I’ll never claim to know everything. I won't be right for everyone, period and I won't pretend to be. That's okay. Safety is always key for me. 

I also talk about something equally important but only briefly: how to choose the right guide for you. In the coaching, spiritual, and self-development spaces, there are beautiful teachers doing incredible work… but there are also red flags worth noticing. I share a few insights to help you navigate these choices, trust your discernment, and honor your own path of becoming. Something I did forget to mention when choosing a guide/facilitator is how it feels within your body. If that is something you would like me to go into, let me know.

This episode is for anyone curious about my work, searching for their next mentor, or simply wanting to better understand the alchemical spaces.

There is no order to my story. 

It is messy just like me. 

While my trauma may not be as bad as some, and I will tell the story as things come up. 

I have lived in garages, slept under air hockey tables, lived with family and was raised by family, I have raised myself, my mother and my brother.  I have been a*used and I have witnessed it. I have been in homes where dr*gs and alc*hol were abused heavily. I was reminded every single day how lucky I was to exist when I could have been snuffed out easily. 

Little by little I will talk about the things that make me, me. 

I will open up as I remember things and relate them to how I grow and love now as a woman and a mother. 

I will show my story and what it means to alchemize your past and choose who you want to become. 

Pleas be patient while I unravel my story.

This journey is about taking the train into the unknown shadows and finding out that its taking you to the most beautiful places 

In this episode, I explore the metaphor of transformation as a journey: sometimes the train speeds forward, sometimes it slows down, and sometimes it stops completely — forcing us to sit with what’s uncomfortable. Growth asks us to trust the process, even when we can’t see the next station/stop, even when the scenery feels unfamiliar, and especially when life invites us to pause. Its asking you to take your fear and transmute it to see the beauty in the journey. 

I weave together themes of energy shifts, sovereignty, changes within relationships and life in general, and deep inner work, touching on:

The connection between alchemy, shadow integration, and embodiment

Learning to release control and surrender to your timing

How the nervous system and intuition guide us through the unknown

Strengthening your connection to yourself and others

You can’t build a solid foundation by covering cracks with pretty wallpaper.

In this episode, I dive into the hard truth of alchemy: there are no shortcuts. Just like renovating a home, you can’t bypass the structural work and expect the walls to stand. You can paint, you can decorate, you can make it look beautiful on the surface — but if the foundation is unstable, it will all eventually crumble.

We have to work in way that is sustainable. In a way that the work we do will stick. If we try to move too fast it may not be sustainable. It may also cause more harm than good. 

Build your foundation so that whatever comes next will have a safe and solid place to land and build from. 

Healing works the same way. Band-Aids can’t hold forever. Affirmations won’t hide avoidance. Spiritual bypassing isn’t freedom — it’s delay. The work of becoming who you’re meant to be isn’t always easy. It requires honesty, pain, patience, and radical self-compassion. But the reward? True freedom.

In this episode, we explore:

Why fast doesn’t always mean forward

The possible issues of bypassing pain in the name of progress

Taking the time to rebuild yourself from the inside out

Understanding that shortcuts cost more in the long run

Finding freedom on the other side of doing the real work

Energy is shifting. Within us. Around us. Between us.

Venom doesn’t just kill — it awakens.
(Please don't go get bitten by a sake, this is a metaphor.)

In this episode, I explore the snake’s place in the alchemical process — its shedding, its growth, its cycles of death and rebirth — and how its energy moves through us when we choose to evolve. I share the story behind my own snake tattoo and what it means to allow that energy to fill every part of me, to integrate, to let it burn away the layers that no longer serve, and to rise renewed.
