Elizabeth didn’t realise what she was getting herself into when she dabbled in the occult. Over fifteen years, she progressed through the secret arts and wielded great powers that will blow your mind. This podcast, released during the week people celebrate Halloween, might just challenge and open your eyes to recognise that witchcraft is not to be treated lightly.

Aged 21, Tania Harris made a deal with God: “If you speak clearly to me, I’ll do whatever you say!” So began an incredible journey which has led to a global ministry. Her passion is to equip people to hear, recognise and respond to God’s voice.

Arrested, expelled, deported or banned from four countries, Roxanne has truly extraordinary stories of angelic protection, healings, exorcisms and more. Her love for Muslims shines through, and if you need convincing that an encounter with Jesus can transform any situation, you’ll love this! One of the most remarkable conversations I’ve ever had.
Do check out RAW Mission, Frontiers’ fantastic podcast, and their website www.frontiers.org.uk

In 1966, Jackie Pullinger left the UK on a boat, aged 22 and with just £10 in her pocket, not knowing where she’d get off. Docking in Hong Kong, she sensed God saying that was the place. Her work in the Walled City of Kowloon saw triad gang members come to faith, girls rescued out of brothels, and thousands of drug addicts over the ensuing decades being set free. That story was told in the best-selling ‘Chasing the Dragon’, and she’s still in Hong Kong with a network of faithful workers, ministering to many more broken people, living by faith and trusting God to provide for their needs. What a challenge and inspiration!

Church of England school chaplain Bernard gave a coherent, reasoned and measured sermon to the student body one day, giving them permission to disagree respectfully and lovingly with the recent Queer Theory they had been presented with. Five years later, having been removed from his post, and despite four secular safeguarding rulings vindicating him, the Church of England still considers him a safeguarding risk to children. His treatment has been mystifying and outrageous, but he remains gracious, steadfast and firm in the faith. You will repeatedly shake your head in disbelief, frustration and anger as you listen to his story, but I think it’s an important one to engage with.
Read the actual sermon which led to Randall’s persecution: christianconcern.com/resource/a-school-sermon-by-bernard-randall-competing-ideologies/
At the time of recording, the Bishop and/or Diocese of Derby had not responded, as I said in the interview. Subsequently I did receive a ‘No comment’ from their offices.
Do write to encourage Randall through us and we’ll pass it on hello[@]greatlakesoutreach.org

Steve Legg died a few days ago. This interview with him and Carl Beech was recorded early last summer. They are both hilarious, passionate for people, and want to seize every opportunity to share their Ultimate Hope with as many people as possible.
At the time of recording, Steve had been given a terminal cancer diagnosis with just a couple of months to live, so estimated the doctor; but Steve was praying for his healing. Whereas although Carl is suffering with degenerative Parkinson’s disease, he has the firm conviction that he’s not to pray for healing, but rather accept the journey over the coming years and bring glory to God through the suffering. Carl’s condition has progressed significantly since, but he is still doing beautiful things (see below). This podcast is released with Bekah Legg’s blessing, and Steve’s of course as well, who to the end wanted as many people as possible to meet his Saviour for themselves.
Please share this far and wide as well, and prepare to laugh and cry in equal measure!

Jay has spent over four decades researching Islam and debating the world’s best Muslim scholars. The evidence he has unearthed which undermines key Islamic concepts is so compelling that those scholars will no longer debate him. His approach is offensive, not defensive, and has proved exponentially fruitful around the world as social media has magnified his reach. He calls Western Christians to stop being on the back foot, and rather engage forcefully in rigorous debate - the only approach that most Muslim evangelists respect, as they largely see Christians as weak, cowed, and lacking conviction and confidence in what they claim to believe in. This is very challenging indeed. He had so much to say, that I did an extended interview with him.

From leaving school with one O Level to building the biggest multi-million pound toy business in the UK, Gary’s ambitions pivoted sharply in 1991 - no longer was it just about making loads of money, rather it became more about changing lives, as his life had been radically transformed.

Bob has always had a concern for the poor and oppressed, and his journey of faith has encompassed liberation theology shaped through years in Central America, coupled with social justice activism and then a radical experience through the charismatic movement - not something he’d wanted at the time! This propelled him into greater effectiveness, with healings and power encounters now accompanying his gospel work. It’s a fascinating, challenging and inspiring story.

Update - Richard has now graduated to glory. I'm so pleased we were able to release this before he died, he would be thrilled to hear about the impact it has already made.
My dear friend Richard will any day now be graduating to glory, which is why I’ve brought this forward. It was only recorded a fortnight ago but things have progressed fast, and I’d love him to have the pleasure perhaps of listening to this and knowing it has blessed and challenged us before he breathes his last this side of the veil. His body is ravaged and weakened by years of battling cancer, but his spirit is strong, and his ebbing life is a radical challenge to all of us of what being generous might look like. It’s a powerful message.
If what you listen to moves you to action, please write to Richard's family to tell him what you’ve done about it, [email protected], and I’d love you to cc me in as well for the encouragement if appropriate, simon[@]greatlakesoutreach.org. You can also donate to Richard's memorial fund: https://gofund.me/c8785861
