God is always on time! He never seems to fail me; I am human but I also know that God accepts me either way. Keep faith and know he will show you the way

We want to be all that we didn't have as parents to our family/kids. Just know you are worthy and they see through all that stuff you are so hard on yourselves about. You are worthy and they are grateful for the best you are giving each day!

Hey parents! It's that time again! Let's not overwhelm ourselves or get triggered by the million things to get the ourselves and the kids ready for school. One thing at a time people!

We have to learn to stop being complacent in those dark places mentally and physically. Obviously, if we linger there long enough it will become a cancer that spreads to more areas of our lives than warranted.

Don't be so hard on yourselves! You got this. Just take it one day at a time! Be gentle with self and know that now means more than your past and your future will bring joy, wisdom and growth! Plan and move wisely!
