For this 3rd episode of the Spanish version, we have Shelyanne Adorno Otero. Ella se graduó de la Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, Recinto de Bayamón en el 2017, con un bachillerato en Ciencias, concentración mayor Ciencias Forenses y minors en Química y Justicia criminal. Además, perteneció al Programa de Honor, se destacó como presidenta de la Asociación Tigres de Honor y como Senadora Estudiantil. En el 2018 fue aceptada en el Cuerpo de Paz (Peace Corps) donde trabajó como voluntaria enseñando inglés a estudiantes de cuarto grado y llevando a cabo talleres de empoderamiento y sustentabilidad a través del reciclaje, en Uganda, África hasta marzo del 2020. Actualmente continúa haciendo una de las cosas que más le apasiona, siendo voluntaria bajo AmeriCorps, en SBP Puerto Rico como Project Lead enfocándose en la reducción del tiempo entre el desastre y recuperación, ayudando las comunidades puertorriqueñas más afectadas por el Huracán María.

Flo, born and raised in Germany, became the person that is today thanks to wonderful people who shaped him while growing up in Munich. He finished university in 3 countries (US, France and Germany) in Management and Economics, went for the PhD in Economics of Innovation. Also, worked as Directeur Général and as Export manager in the sausage industry, as project and HR-manager in the tyre service industry, volunteered as a tutor in school, soccer coach, chaperone, workshop facilitator, speaker (and many more roles) around the globe. Now speaking and coaching on leadership development, motivation and rhetorics, involved in the project to launch a startup on waste management, and thanks to the pandemic have started teaching French and Economics at a local high school.

In this episode, we have Nikki Casey. Nikki’s background in sales, marketing and training has a common thread running through it.... a strong passion for fashion and style.

Starting in teaching, her career encompassed retail fashion, modelling, sales/marketing, advertising and running her own Image Consultancy for over 25 years.  Nikki has extensive experience in high level corporate and personal training, styling and brand development.

In recent years, she has focussed on assisting emerging executives and their partners to become the architects of their own style. 

Her focus has always been on empowering the individual, through development of self confidence and self esteem. She partners men and women in developing their own signature style.

For the second episode of the Spanish Edition, we have Mauricio Prieto Peña. El es colombiano de 44 años de edad, casado hace dos años con una guatemalteca y esperando un bebé que viene en camino.

De profesión es Ingeniero en Automatización de la Universidad de la Salle, con especialización en Gerencia de empresas de telecomunicaciones y una maestría en administración de negocios de la Universidad de los Andes.

En los últimos 16 años se ha desempeñado como Gerente de Proyectos de Tecnología y Gerente de Producto en la línea de servicios de valor agregado en compañías de telecomunicaciones. Ha dirigido equipos interdisciplinarios que coordinan actividades de gestión de relaciones con clientes, supervisión, monitoreo, control y planificación de proyectos, ejecución de presupuestos, gestión de recursos, procesos y productos digitales. Trabaja actualmente como Asesor en Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones para el Ministerio de Cultura de Colombia y la Secretaría de Educación de Bogotá y gerencia su propia empresa en la que ofrecemos servicios como Video seguridad, Automatización Residencial, Diseño de Sistemas de Información y Páginas Web, entre otros.

Por último, y no menos importante, tiene una relación personal y directa con el Señor Jesús que lo hace sentir seguro y confiado en cada paso que da y que le permite acercarle a Dios como su hijo desde que lo recibió. Considera que esto es lo más valioso que tiene en su vida.

She has worked as Business Development Consultant and Environment Consultant for various development projects, and acted as visiting lecturer in prestigious educational institutions of the country. She was also part of consultancy team for the development for climate budget coding by National Planning Commission in 2012. As a Consultant (2007-11)CH2MHILL Pte Ltd, Singapore where she worked in in developing Environmental Management Plan, Environmental Impact Assessment, Diligence Studies, Corporate Social Responsibilities Strategies for various companies like Exxon Mobil, Shell Chemicals, Rolls and Royces etc in Asia Pacific Region.

Cheryl Ryan owner and director of 123Travel located on the Sunshine Coast has been involved with travel and philanthropy since 2005. Her passion for making a difference when she travels is something that has seen her set up her own charity in India and support multiple causes around the world. “Travel is about the connections and people you meet along the way, not the actual destination” says Cheryl.
