Dr. Laura Hambley is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. “Dr. Laura” has over 15 years of experience providing organizational consulting to public and private organizations internationally. She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Dr. Laura is founder of Calgary Career Counselling and Canada Career Counselling, which helps Canadians choose and navigate careers. She is also founding partner and owner of The Leadership Success Group, specializing in leadership, team and culture development in organizations. Dr. Laura also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology. Her newest venture, Work EvOHlution, provides innovative assessments and development support for mobile or distributed workers, leaders and teams. Work EvOHlution was recently recognized as one of the 50 most innovative new organizations in Alberta. She was selected as a Woman of Distinction in Canada in 2014. Her first novel is a psychological thriller called Losing Cadence.
