James Agnew joins me to discuss his new book on explaining the nature of atonement in Christ's death and resurrection. We all discuss his thesis in relation to a video the youtuber Mindshift published and respond to the main arguments of the video.
The scholar James Tabor was recently interviewed and suggested the earliest Christians didn't think Jesus physically resurrected. The grave of Jesus could still have contained the body of Jesus. But Stephen Boyce joins me and will offer a response to Tabor; and argue that Paul and the earliest Christians did believe in resurrection and that the tomb was found empty.
Mason Mennenga joins me for a friendly conversation on process theology and its implications for the world. We plan to discuss where we agree and disagree. This is not a formal debate, just a discussion on different perspectives and which is more likely to be true.
