Cancer New Moon Blessings to you! This New Moon supports us in softening our hard edges to allow a heightening to our senses, to bring in more Light in physical form. Give yourself permission to feel, be while nourishing yourself with lots of TLC. Plus Neptune just stationed retrograde, joining Pluto and Saturn in the underworld.

Use this New Moon as your reminder to do a lot of TLC! How can you nourish and care for yourself? 

As we go into holiday weekend in the US, part of the nourishing it so be loyal to your care so it is a your reminder to surround yourself with people who resonate in treating you with love and care. This then creates a space that each person feels good while being in the collective together. The energies of this New Moon are a bit sensitive and raw, but these cosmos energies support us to move toward deeper wisdom, more presence in the human, and a truer heart.

The OM Chants will be for 108 times. 108 has long been considered a sacred number in Hinduism and Yoga. Renowned mathematicians of Vedic culture viewed 108 as a number of the wholeness of existence. This number also connects the Sun, Moon, and Earth: The average distance of the Sun and the Moon to Earth is 108 times their respective diameters. Such phenomena have given rise to many examples of ritual significance. The chakras are the intersections of energy lines, and there are said to be a total of 108 energy lines converging to form the heart chakra. One of them, sushumna leads to the crown chakra, and is said to be the path to Self-realization. So anything if repeated 108 times, has a transformational effect. That's the law of nature. OM Chanting and its vibrations when repeated for 108, becomes significantly more powerful, and can help open the Crown Chakra and thus your path to Self-Realization. This is going to help strengthen your energy field and boost your vibration. It will also help you connect with your body and soul.

#100 | Solstice Light Reiki Energy Healing Activation

How are you finding the Solstice energies? After the intense energy waves recently, things have slowed and quieted for a little bit. 

The Solstice Energies have been flowing for the last couple of days yet the culmination is happening on June 21st, 2:14 AM PDT.

The energy of the Solstice is a time when solar light activations are streaming in along with new frequencies of higher Divine Intelligence.

The energies will continue to run strongly for the rest of the week.

A beneficial powerful annual portal that signifies the change of seasons and the moment of the longest day and shortest night (in the north) and the shortest day and the longest night (in the south).

#97 | It’s ok to not be at the place where you thought you wanted to be...and the Art of Surrendering

It’s ok to not be at the place where you thought you wanted to be, it’s ok to still feel like there is something to release, to work on, to be calling in, to learn, and allow yourself to grow and expand. Sometimes the subconscious is making the decisions based upon outdated cellular beliefs from karmic experiences.

It is ok to be where we are, it is ok if where we are is not where we “thought” we would be (in the human) - this is where the Art of Surrendering would come in for the Human. 

In this moment of the Art of Surrender - it isn't the job to think our way out of something, it is simply to let ourselves let go, release and then be at peace.

The question is: Can we offer ourselves this experience? The experience of surrender? To allow ourselves to be at peace? To allow ourselves the experience of peace to feel how wonderful it is to be where we are and let go of the future. Be Present now. 

Learning the skill of letting our human surrender and release non-beneficial emotions, stories, attachments, expectations, sadness, sorrow, pain, anger, judgment, regrets, envy, comparisons, and grief is probably the most beneficial tool that I learned some years ago. It took me some practice to really understand the art of it. So when you begin, I encourage you to not give up yet keep practicing until you understand the embodiment of it. 

The Art of Surrendering action will support us to grow from a place of what needed attention.

An example: Surrender to what our body needs - if we need sleep, sleep if we need to move - move if we need to scream, scream if we need to get angry then get angry.

How to do the work:

1. The first is surrendering to what is...

2. The next is to feel what is present & alive - acknowledge (all emotions are valid)

3. The third is to listen to what is present

4. The fourth is to allow what is present

5. The fifth is to be/sit with what is

6. The sixth is to release what is (use energy healing or meditation or some other modality to support you on this) 

7. In the seventh layer once we release then we can call in beneficial energies like calmness, groundedness, etc. Once we feel calm, once there are no more tears to shed, no more anger to shout, no more pain to feel through in remembering a story, no more need to be in the energy of those emotions we surrender more until there is no longer anything to surrender to for the Human. This is how we clear the vessel of the Human to then call in more Light to fill in the spaces of what was just surrendered and cleared.

#96 | Sagittarius Super Full Moon Reiki Energy Healing Meditation

June has been another intense month energetically, coming in on the heels of the two recent eclipses.  We've been treated to a bit of a pressure cooker by the energy field around us calling up opportunities to release any stuck energy along your growth curve.  This means that if there's something you came into this life to learn, move through, and become neutral around, this month is giving you another opportunity to do just that.  It's all happening in the context of creating and vibrationally matching more sovereignty in our field.  Our energy field now asks us, what are the situations, relationships, and areas of your life where you aren't experiencing freedom and what can you do to shift that?

Today, June 14, 2022, brings a Super Full Moon in the sign of Sagittarius. The energies of the Strawberry Super Full Moon are now peaking! "Strawberry Moon" by the way is a name that comes from the Algonquin Native American tribe, who saw the June Full Moon as a signal that it was the time of year to begin gathering ripe strawberries. 

Super Full Moons occur when the Moon is nice and close to Earth, allowing us to see it big and bright in the sky. Super Full Moons always affect us a little more strongly than a regular Full Moon.

Something that makes this particular Full Moon extra powerful is its proximity to the Solstice coming up here on the 21st. This is a big shift point and a time of accelerated awakening where there is an opportunity to take a great ascension leap as the energy rises.

During this meditation, besides layering in Reiki, we added the 888 hz infinite possibilities solfeggio frequency. The 888 Hz which is a frequency that reminds us of how we’re all connected in some magical way, sending out our messages of wants, needs, and desires to materialize subconsciously into the cosmos. It’s also known as the angel number frequency and when we play this music, the 888 Hz solfeggio frequency is listened to for its blessings of angels that can dispel our fear of judgment, opening the door to miracles and Divine love. This 888 Hz solfeggio frequency is also known as Planetary Merkaba, as it offers the energy of unconditional love. The planetary Merkaba symbol. These vibrations of the light around our own body activates, especially in times when doing breathing techniques and meditating while focusing on the symbols.To activate these vibrations around your own body, imagine yourself surrounded by a colorful energy field made up of tiny particles feeling the “oneness” with our universe. Play this to open and activate this vibration of light and love around your body and mind, for your highest good.

#95 | You're Not Alone: How to Deal When Life Gets Difficult

Have you ever had the blahs or the blues feeling? Have you ever felt like this?

It’s Monday morning. You’re lying in bed, in the same comfy pants that you’ve worn all weekend, dreading the day ahead. You feel burned out. exhausted. Anxious. Maybe even a bit depressed.

While you wait for motivation (or for a latte to magically appear), you grab your phone and scroll through one of your social media feeds. There, smiling back at you, are dozens of shiny, happy people, full of energy, enthusiastic, being productive, and doing fun, noteworthy things.

How are they ALWAYS so optimistic and so productive? Do they have some secret understanding of how to live life and be in total bliss, abundance, and effortless flow?

You wish you could be living shiny like that all the time and spreading the joy of what you love to do all the time, too — yet you feel stuck. And today, you don’t feel like crawling out from under the covers.

If you can relate, you are NOT alone. This struggle is so common — especially these days — which is why I chose this topic and this question from Rob: “How do you go about your daily life when you feel really heavy, depressed, or unmotivated? Do you just push yourself and smile through the pain? Please share your secret to being able to function through difficult times.”

I know that I seem super optimistic and a rah rah cheerleader type yet I’m not happy and productive all the time. Yet I do have a secret to showing up and giving my most authentic best, even when I’m in a dark place.

#94 |June Energy Update

#93 |Last week was rough + Compassion Energy Healing Meditation   

Last week was rough at times. There is so much to say right now, and yet at the same time, I have no words. There is so much that has already been said about what happened last week when an 18-year-old gunman stormed the Robb Elementary School in Texas, fatally shooting 19 children and two teachers, before being shot dead by police.

We have cried, raged, and expressed every emotion under the sun. We are still processing and grieving. 

Sometimes I forget I'm an empath...Maybe you can relate? Before I fully understood that there had been another mass shooting in the US, I felt a shift in my energy field. Without consciously being aware of it, my vibration started dropping.

Then I learned, what was happening. It was and is awful. 

With this tragic happening in the US, the collective energy field became then extra heavy, really fast. 

This pattern of subtle negative thinking created a resonance in me with similar low vibrational thought patterns and negativity that was around...I began resonating at a lower than normal rate...and I started feeling even more tired, and so sad…

I was able to use the energy healing tools I have to shift. 

This doesn't mean that you don't grieve - let yourself feel, cry if you need to, mourn the loss, feel how you are feeling, don't deny it - let yourself process and move through it as you need to. Honor those who have died by remembering them. Just bring love, compassion and empathy to support you. If you need help, reach out. You aren't alone in this. You have support. 

Ep 92: Gemini New Moon Reiki Energy Healing Meditation

On May 30, 2022, the Gemini New Moon closes the Eclipse Portal, bringing an end to Eclipse Season. We are still in the wake of the last two eclipses and dozens of solar flares which provided strong cosmos energies for transformation. We are just beginning to come out of the huge Piscean wave which drew us inward this spring. Now Venus, Mars, and Jupiter have moved into fiery Aries, encouraging us to move out once more, be more assertive and willing to try something new. YOU CAN DO IT! TRY SOMETHING NEW! 

While this fresh energy from the Gemini New Moon will be welcomed, there is some mentally foggy energy stirring at this time, bringing awareness for us to move slowly and be patient. While we may feel some ease as we settle on new ground, the Universe is asking us to take it easy.

Change is the key work for this New Moon. This is a transformative time - there may be moment of feeling uncomfortable, challenging, dramatic, intense and also inspiring. It may take some discipline to lighten up, bring in some much needed fun, humor and community time. Include some self care and personal comfort in the plan.

No matter what is happening, stay focused on positive intentions and doing what it takes to embrace necessary change by adjusting, resetting and staying seriously engaged in the process of transformation. You should always have the intention of being responsible around the next steps moving forward. 

This is also a good time for a reality check on your life to see what is working, what isn’t, what is yours to deal with and what isn’t, and what can finally be released so you can move on. What can you reset? Think it though carefully, make a plan of inspired action, and then do something that shows a commitment to the change. Spiritual discipline as well as appropriate inspired action in physical world will bring the abundance for highest good. 

So, what are your intentions? Take some time to plant the seeds for your highest good!
