Trace Sahaja and Avi discuss the evolution of Yoga, the evolution of the personal self. How does “showing up” and “letting it be” lead to growth? How can I accept the dis-ease and pain in my life in order to find freedom and liberation on the other side? How can I view myself and my life through the lens of curiosity?
Trace Sahaja Bonner is the Founder and Director of Holy Cow Yoga Center. She began her practice more than 27 years ago, and is a certified Advanced Integral Yoga teacher. Having studied in India and the US, Trace Sahaja continues to draw from a variety of great teachers in the west.
She feels that Yoga is about having fun with the journey, so she enjoys bringing her lighthearted teaching style to all that she does.

Pamela began practicing yoga more than 25 years ago when an illness interrupted her Wall Street career. She started meditating as a complementary therapy which led to a lifelong pursuit of perceiving yogic wisdom.
She completed her teacher training in 2006 at Integral Yoga in New York and Pam began teaching to friends at a local convent in NJ. Her classes at the convent grew, and in 2009 she opened a thriving yoga studio in her community. After a rewarding nine years, she sold the studio and began working on her first book published by Shambhala on Sept 28: Threads of Yoga: Themes, Reflections, & Meditations To Weave into Your Practice.
Along with Hatha yoga, Pam is a certified Integral Yoga Raja and meditation instructor.
