Dr. Mary Helen Hensley is a metaphysical healer, chiropractor and international inspirational speaker.  She has authored numerous books including, "Promised By Heaven", "The Chakra Fairies", "The Pocket Coach" and she co-authored the recent number one best-seller, "Bringing Death To Life".  She lives and creates in Ireland with her two daughters, Jemma Skye and Jada Pacifica.

My guest today is Buddhist author, Von Galt.  In today’s show Von shares how you can use tools of the 5th dimension to thrive.  Von is author of,  “Buddhist Guide to Manifest Parallel Realities: Using the Four Noble Truths and Eightfold Path in the Age of Consciousness” and “Buddhist Mandalas: Explore Parallel Realities with Sacred Geometry”. 

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and earned her MBA in E-Business Management from Westwood College of Technology. Aside from being an author, she is a working mom in the IT industry. She lives in Seattle, WA with her husband and two children.
