We had the privilege of speaking with Gary and Byron from the BJJBrick podcast a local podcast here in Wichita and man it was a lot of fun.

We talked jiu jitsu, how to begin, the mindset behind it, what life lessons come from bjj and the one lingering question that was up in the air recently, should police officers be trained in same way or fashion in bjj. This was a good one!

We had the privilege with speaking with Daniel Norton, owner of Norton's Brewing Company and one of Wichita's favorite bars with an awesome outdoor sitting concept. We got to hear how beer is made, their process and got to feel like some badass chemists just listening to their process. We were able to hear his background, where he came from and what got him started in this industry. Also had the chance to hear how his business has been adapting to the covid pandemic. We had the privilege of speaking with Alejo Cabral director of W - A Community of Professionals and it was a good one. We hit topics on the Wichita community, the economy, what W has been for Wichita, how to involved and many more topics. Tune because this one was a lot of fun!

We had the privilege of speaking with Gordon Ramsay, Chief of Police here in Wichita, Ks. We talked policing, policing policies, how the WPD is handling the civil unrest, and how the WPD is working to better work for the community they serve and protect.

We had the privilege of speaking with Mayor Brandon Whipple and hear his take of how he has been handling this 6 months in office so far. With everything going on it definitely has been an interesting one.

We had the privilege of speaking with Immigration Attorney Sarah Balderas. She schooled us on the ins and outs of immigration law and as a bonus had her hop back on with us after breaking news came out about DACA.

We had the privilege of speaking with Augusto "Cookie" Rojas, Senior VP of Sports and Entertainment Ventures and what a great conversation it was. We got a chance to dive into what drove the Triple A team to Wichita, how his career went from Lawyer to working for MLB affiliates, and the many awesome stories that made Augusto who he is today.

We had the pleasure of speaking with Davontae Harris, the Wichita Kid Foundation Founder, a leader involved with the Black Lives Matter movement, he has also been actively pushing for Albert Wilson's trial to be looked into and for the world to know what happened to him, and of course a professional football player for the Denver Broncos. We discussed the many events that are taking place today and how he is involved in helping make a change for the future. Tune in because this conversation was GOOD!!

With everything going on we get to hear from a leader of Wichita speak about what is happening in the world and how he is helping to make a difference in the City of Wichita.

We have the privilege of speaking with Meredith Powers, an ICU nurse that worked directly with COVID patients at one of the epicenter cities in the United States (Chicago, Illinois). We get to hear about her experiences during this time, how we as families and individuals should handle this craziness and gives us some great insight into the some immunity boosts/supplements to take to give our bodies a fighting chance to fight off this virus.
