Where do thoughts come from?

Feeling guilty when you want to say no to something or someone? Do you worry about other people’s opinions way too much? Are you quick on agreeing to help people? Struggling with being authentic? Does conflict upset you? Do people take advantage of your kindness? Consistently putting other people’s convenience at the price of yours? Do you feel burnt out? People pleasing is suppression of authenticity and my mission is to support women with breaking FREE from their people pleasing reactive thought patterns by re-wiring their thoughts at a neurological level, so that they can OWN their authenticity and OWN their voice. So many people are talking about thinking positively, managing your mind, manifesting your dreams and there is an OVERWHELM of practical how to’s, exercises and tools out there for you to use! Sometimes it can become robotic and then we find ourselves stuck in doing all of the things but not truly feeling tuned in or experiencing the results we want.
