It includes terrorism, dehumanization and satanizing of other human beings, famine, chronic undernourishment, forced migrations of millions of people, violation of human rights, and the laundry list continues. But the question is, are reactions to violence with more violence our only option? Stan Amaladas, the author of a recently launched book, Intentional Leadership shares with us on his thoughts about how important is intentional leadership in our society today.
