Lauren suffered from Neurocardiogenic Syncope for over a decade of her life, as well as depression and self harm. Now she shares her story for His glory reminding others of the power that is in Christ to set them free from whatever chains are holding them.
In Lauren's book, 'Christian Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: How to become mindful of Christ', she shares about some of the very important tools she used to overcome her mindset and focus on Christ using the very powerful practice of CBT.
