Jeffrey D. Pugh, Assistant Professor in the Department of Conflict Resolution, Human Security and Global Governance at UMass Boston, and Enrico E. Manalo, Chief of Learner Success of All Aces, Inc., discuss Jeff's then-upcoming book, The Invisibility Bargain: Governance Networks and Migrant Human Security, and the importance to approach migration and security with a racial equity lens. Enrico is a former graduate student of Jeff and together they share an informal and authentic conversation with themes that touch upon conflict resolution, critical race studies, and comparative politics.
