Troy Hackley is the host of Baltimore's number 1 youth sports show- Urban Sports Beat; seen locally on WUTB My TV Baltimore, and EngageNetwork People(Channel 75).  Troy is also the public address announcer, and the voice of Saint Frances Academy sports.  Additionally, Troy is the former PA announcer for Baltimore City Community College, The Baltimore Hawks, and the DMV Warriors semi-professional basketball teams of the TTBL League.

Today, I’m going to have a conversation with Eric Perez.  Eric is the host of the Talking Leadership Podcast, and has interviewed hundreds of leaders from various business backgrounds, both large and small. 

Formerly the CEO of the Queenland Seafood Industry Association. He has completed Bachelor’s degrees in both commerce and Behavioral Science from Griffith University; a master's in Research at the University of the Sunshine Coast. He has also completed a Doctor of Professional Studies focusing on leadership development, through the University of Southern Queensland. 

 At the heart of it, Eric’s interest lies in finding out what makes leaders, well, leaders.
