Mai Lin Petrine is the Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB). In this in-house counsel role, she works closely with the executive management team in areas of policy formulation, contract management, legislative advocacy, and risk management. Prior to joining the FSMTB, Mai Lin was an associate attorney at The Atkinson Firm, in Northbrook, IL. She received her law degree at the University of Miami and her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University. She was on the Editorial Board of the University of Miami Law Review and previously served as a litigation attorney at Lord, Bissell & Brook (now known as Locke Lord LLP) in Chicago, IL representing a number of Fortune 500 companies in jurisdictions across the United States.
