Well that question and that title sounds like a little bit of Clickbait. But with a smile it should be taken seriously. There are movement the claim that all will come to an existential and and so will you it's all just get ready to be ended, and that will be better for you and for us. That's a lie and let me tell you why.

And yes indeed there is a relationship between and aftershave cologne and artificial intelligence. 

And right now there's a lot of information about chat GPT and artificial intelligence in which many people are claiming that they know what you should do. Don't believe them or me right now. Nobody really knows what to do and how it will affect you your work and your career.

But in this 18 minutes, not real long I can give you some questions and some things to be aware of that might be helpful as we enter the new existence of artificial intelligence and what it means.

As someone who could drive all day and all night and even put 1000 to 1200 miles on a day car run and do so through the night in through the rain and even in the snow, I have to admit that I don't do that anymore.  And there's a story there and may I tell it to you just as a reminder of how we are called to give things up and perhaps seek new ways of making a difference in the world.

And I have to admit that I used to think 50 was kind of old and then to discover that you have children just about that age also remind me of something that I'm very thankful for as they were growing up.  Again for what it's worth about 18 minutes of storytelling reminiscing and perhaps something inspiring.

 Let's face it. Success is hard work and life is difficult. That's the deal.  And somewhere along the line you're gonna get ambushed and betrayed and at some time in your life you're gonna think that all is lost and that you won't ever get out of the mess bud or misery. Again that's the deal.  A very wise man said you will have troubles.

OK been there done that and then someone comes along and says that the key to success is fear and greed and they make a good case for that proposition.  

Well that's the deal for today I want to talk about that idea that fear greed in need are the things you have to appeal to, promote, create, and take advantage of if you want to make it in the tough hard world of today,

In some ways I agree but I want to tell you about perhaps a different and positive way,

Today a lot of the news was bad again bad people doing bad things people lying and betraying one another.  And the problem is that causes a loss of trust which causes a loss of relationships which causes a lot of friends.  And as one of my psychologist friend said most of my clients don't need me they need a friend and they pay me $150 an hour to be one.

The plague of loneliness continues and so part of the reason for this radio program is for us to develop a friendship. And one of the good ways to do that is just to share good stories the both of us for all of us even care about. So may I share a love story that appeared in the Epoch Times today...  It's Monday night and it was a bit of a difficult day and already we're kind of tired of the year and we're certainly tired of the winter weather.  And more bad news continues and more bad people continue to do bad things and many of them actually run things.

So there's not much I can say to make you feel better today but I might be able to encourage you and give you an opportunity to make your mark and to do something worthwhile in your near future.

Let me tell you why you should not write a book but you should still create a book and I'll begin to tell you how and I'm going to offer you the opportunity to work with me to write what could be a best seller book.

Like you most of the other stuff that comes flying through and often times is spam or otherwise I just ignore but the title of this post by a guy named Alex Foster caught my attention when it said, who is the greatest person that history has forgotten?..,, this lady's death saved literally billions of people from becoming crippled limitless in dead.

Well I bit on the title and clicked and I'm glad I did, almost providential because there was a story of just that a young African-American woman by the name of Henrietta Lacks who unfortunately had died of cervical cancer as a young woman but the rest of the story is that in her death the title of literally billions of people from becoming... It's probably true.

The story was deeply moving and really touched my spirit and heart but I couldn't get over the thought, why is this the first time in my long life and even as a teacher and a historian that I had never heard of this story before.  Well I have now and I'm grateful and so for the few of you who will click I'd like to share the story with you too.

 Today like many of you I'm already been overwhelmed by people who are telling me that they can help make me a star using artificial intelligence. In particular the ability to create incredible content and new information is a part of what they are up to.  

But I'm not in that business right now because I'm not so sure we should be telling people how wonderful it can be.  It might be but it's one of my old mentor says be careful there's something wrong with everything and nothing works all the time.

But if you'll give me a few minutes I would like to show you how it is possible to create a seeming reality when there is actually not the slightest reality involved.. Fake people can be saying fake things and before their caught the damage can be done and the personal destruction can happen to almost anyone.

So on this turbulent Thursday stay warm in the bed with her and perhaps think of ways that we can redeem the Times by seeing if we can take with his great possibilities and push down the evil forces and create things that are good and bring hop into the world.

It's mid week and we are all seeking to get things in place so we can finish up well and strong for the week and make it more than worthwhile, maybe even an exceptional time and performance for the week.  I will join many of my fellow believers more round the world and go and get the same of ashes at the Ash Wednesday service... It is a ritual and service full of images and ideas.  And that's a good reminder that often times a good idea as to be given a image,a sound, an action and even a performance. 

For one of my projects I just got through doing a video performance about why dressing in a coat and tie can help you better understand how to be very good at radio, television, and because all business is show business even in our work and career.

So can I share with you the story and the challenge of what I do in a program in coat and tie will remind you of one of the most important principles not only in radio but maybe even in life.  It's only about 15 minutes but you'll learn something you didn't know before I'm pretty sure.

In the midst of the crises and crazies that are going on in the world at least I'm celebrating some good things. First of all I celebrated pancake day on what is called Shrove Tuesday and I was able to do that with my grandson who even though he has the number of special needs is delightful and wonderful and touches my heart all the time.

I have also come to understand that even though he has many special needs, like many of those children, that he also has many special gifts and it's my job as a grandpa to help him with his needs and to help him develop his wonderful gifts.

So here's a warning about the fear that we may have already started World War III and also about artificial intelligence ...and some good news about pancake day and what it might mean for you. 

And then today I had to give some very tough News to some very nice people who have a wonderful project that they want me to help them with all of the radio and television work, and I'm trying to do that.  But I also had to tell them today that contrary to the wonderful program they have and the wonderful things they're doing, that nobody really cares at all.

And now that we know that and understand that, what should we do.  Well I think I can help them because I've done that before and maybe I can do it for you too in the difficult future that is before us for sure.  Just 20 minutes and you'll learn stuff you never knew before.

 Well the Internet and all the news is all about Artificial Intelligence AI and about balloons. And so I say Wow and Whoa! And please be careful because now the world is full of foolish people claiming everything about AI and they are willing to tell you what to do and where to go if you give them money.  I just have a few cautionary thoughts for myself that might be helpful to you. Sometimes we need to think seriously about busting all of the balloons of ideas that come our way.

And then a WOW about a wonderful story about the balloon that got away... And then in a book that's almost 100 years old I found a story that touched my heart and was as relevant as today. I will simply entitled it and it's only about six minutes and it's called, But what if I thank them in advance.
