Bogdan:: Doamna Elena, pe douăzeci vom organiza un eveniment mai informal cu toți colegii. Desigur, sunteți invitată să participați.

Secretară:: Mulțumesc. O să notez data. De la ce oră și unde va fi?

Bogdan:: Tocmai despre asta voiam să vorbesc cu dumneavoastră. Aș avea nevoie de ajutor să organizăm ce e de făcut.

Bogdan:: Da. Aș mai avea nevoie să vă gândiți la un cadou simbolic pentru fiecare membru. Cam 16 bucăți ar trebui în total. Avem un buget de cam 100 de lei pentru asta de fiecare.

Secretară:: Am notat. Dacă este vorba de obiecte personalizate, va trebui atunci să ne grăbim cu comanda știind că durează de obicei cel puțin o săptămână să le facă.

Bogdan:: Ok. Atunci, credeți că ați putea ca până mâine seară să îmi trimiteți propunerile și pentru restaurant și pentru cadouri? Văzând apoi oferta, mă voi decide repede.

Secretară:: Da, desigur. Acum că știu ce am de rezolvat, mă apuc imediat de treabă.

Bogdan:: Ms. Elena, on the twentieth, we will organize a rather informal event with all of our colleagues. Of course, you are invited to participate.

Secretary:: Thank you. I'll save the date. When and where will it be?

Bogdan:: That's what I wanted to talk to you about. I will need some help organizing for everything that has to be done.

Secretary:: Of course. What did you consider, exactly?

Bogdan:: Well, there should be a reservation for a big table in a quieter restaurant, but a special one, so it feels like a festive setting. We will celebrate us passing our semestrial goal.

Secretary:: Nice! I'll make a list of restaurant proposals and send it to you so you can pick the one you like the most.

Bogdan:: Yes. I would also need to think of a symbolic gift for each member. About 16 gifts in total. We have a budget of about 100 lei for each one of them.

Secretary:: Noted. If the gifts are customized, then we will have to hurry up with the order, since it usually takes at least a week to make them.

Bogdan:: Okay. Then, do you think you can send me the list of restaurants and the gift ideas by tomorrow night? After receiving the lists, I will make fast decisions.

Secretary:: Yes of course. Now that I know what I have to do, I will start working immediately.
