Gente é fogo. Esse mundo é muito grande e todo tipo de gente passa por aqui. E nem todo mundo ganha as nossas graças. Bater cabeça com as pessoas é mais comum do que se pensa. E ainda mais comum é bater cabeça com gente sangue do mesmo sangue.
Outro dia, uma conhecida, a Juvenita... bom, ela estava relatando o drama familiar em sua casa. Ela tem um casal de filhos, que já são adolescentes, um de 15 e outra de 18 anos. Juvenita chegou em casa e parecia que um furacão tinha passado por lá. Exaurida de um dia pegando no batente e vendo a trabalheira que ia dar de arrumar aquela casa, ela tomou uma decisão: colocar os bagunceiros para arrumar o ninho.
Foi um chororô infeliz. Um reclamava que estava muito ocupado com a escola, a outra resmungando que só ela quem fazia as coisas, porque ele nem para levantar um dedo e os dois dizendo que tinha muita coisa acontecendo no insta, que eles não podiam ficar de fora... Foi um auê só. Juvenita não viu outra saída senão confiscar os aparelhos até a casa estar um brinco. Um pouco a contragosto, cada um cumpriu a missão dada. E parece que aprenderam a lição.
É como se diz, não é? Ou vai por bem ou vai por mal.
Já na casa das vizinhas, disse ela engatando um assunto no outro, o pepino era outro. Moram lá duas irmãs que vivem às turras. Era comum ouvir a gritaria das duas em brigas homéricas, de saírem no tapa no meio da rua. Era cada puxão de cabelo!... Até que uma começou a namorar, e a outra fez o favor de tomar o namorado da irmã. Aí a coisa ficou preta, rolou até jura de morte. Por fim, fizeram um acordo tácito de não se falar mais. Agora o silêncio reina naquela casa.
E, pelo visto, Juvenita conhece um pouco da vida de todo mundo. Seguiu falando que do outro lado da rua mora um casal que o marido é meio controlador, para não dizer totalmente abusivo. Ele chega a ditar a roupa que a mulher vai sair na rua, cronometra o tempo que ela passa fora de casa, fica policiando pra ver com quem ela conversa e pra onde ela olha. Em outras palavras, ele tem ela na palma da mão. Chega a dar dó essa consumição desgraçada.

Se você é do tipo que não larga mão de sombra e água fresca e quer gastar pouco para aproveitar essa folga, a dica que deixo hoje é que programe seu descanso para a baixa estação. Em geral, é o período que fica entre as férias escolares e as férias de fim de ano.
Ou seja, o Natal está fora.
A primeira vantagem é que não vai ter uma alma para te atazanar nas suas visitações. Você não vai esperar horas para conseguir visitar um museu, e de quebra suas fotos com grandes obras de arte vão ficar com cara de que só tinha você... e o pior é que só tinha você, né? Ah, e nos restaurantes não será diferente. Você vai conseguir forrar o estômago sem que tenha que esperar a vida de um jumento e meio.
Se escolher como destino uma praia, por exemplo, nada de sair no tapa para conseguir um espaço na areia. Os ambulantes também tendem a ser bem simpáticos e agradecidos por pelo menos um gato pingado ter brotado ao longo de quilômetros de praia semideserta. Ah, vá lá, é esticar um pouco a corda, mas em alguns lugares chega a ser verdade essa situação. Uma praia deserta é o sonho de qualquer introvertido que só deseje um minuto de sossego.
A maior vantagem no fim das contas é a economia que se pode fazer. Tenho um amigo que é agente de viagens. Ele não usa um nome assim tão “chão”. Ele prefere o título de turismólogo. Acha mais digno. Bom, não faz muita diferença. Mas esse meu amigo diz que todos os vendedores de pacotes de viagens costumam derrubar os preços na baixa estação. Até combina, não é mesmo? Preço no chão na baixa estação. É um tipo de chamariz para captar cliente que regularmente seja mão-fechada ou que pelo menos tenha tempo de sobra nesse período.
Outra dica importante é ponderar muito sobre qual época de baixa temporada é melhor para o seu gosto. Isso porque tem períodos em que a chuva causa o esvaziamento dos destinos turísticos. Afinal, como turistar só e debaixo de um aguaceiro?
E desconfie quando vir preços bem inferiores aos usualmente praticados. Como sempre disse a minha avó, laranja na estrada, ou está podre ou está bichada. Você pode pensar que está alugando uma casa numa ilha paradisíaca e na verdade está arrendando um cativeiro. É sempre bom evitar entrar numa fria.

Certa vez, Rubiana convidou seus amigos para uma noite de brincadeiras em sua casa, algo mais lúdico do que só se embriagar com leite de onça. Era um motivo para reunir-se com a turma, e manter o entretenimento durante o encontro. Ela dispôs na mesa vários jogos de tabuleiro e cartas, tudo para manter a bola rolando.
Depois de algumas partidas, ela viu que a animação estava esfriando, e logo bolou um jogo. A regra era descobrir de qual parte do país era o colega, mas sem que o outro entregasse o ouro. Cada pessoa ia fazer um comentário, e pelo jeito de falar ia dar pra deduzir de onde a pessoa era.
Sandrinha quis começar e logo disse: mano, eu venho da terra da garoa. A turma respondeu em coro: São Paulo. Clotilde murmurou que essa pista dava muito na cara, foi muito fácil e que ia complicar um pouco a vida do pessoal. Foi logo emendando: guria, eu vou te ensinar a…
Jorge pegou e cortou logo, dizendo que não precisava nem continuar, que já sabia que ela era lá do sul. Inclusive ficou cantando de galo, que seria difícil descobrir sobre ele.
“Mainha do céu, que bestagem é essa de vocês?” Disse Rute, chegando atrasada.
A gargalhada foi geral, e ela ficou com cara de desentendida. Aí foram explicar que ela chegou no meio da conversa, que a brincadeira era de adivinhação.
O Mário sinaliza que a Joana é carioca, imitando com deboche a amiga, enfatizando um arrastado e sonoro sh no fim de cada palavra.
Lá pelas tantas, Rubiana cutuca Jorge e fala para ele parar de esconder o jogo. Ele responde com um “uai, minha gente, cês num descobriram é porque mineiro come quieto”. A estratégia dele foi ficar caladinho só observando o povo. Assim, ninguém descobria que ele era mineiro.
Uma nova onda de risadas encheu o local. E todo mundo concordou que Jorge burlou as regras, ele tinha que falar. Isso porque, no fim das contas, era o reconhecimento do sotaque e das gírias que tornava possível descobrir a origem dos amigos.

No mundo existe uma diversidade de pessoas, cada qual com seu jeito de ser. Não poderia ser diferente dentro da firma. Seja grande, seja pequena, pública, ou privada, em uma empresa pode-se encontrar um universo de personalidades.
Tem aquele sujeito que é bom pra daná, ou seja, que faz tudo de forma eficiente. Resolve questões desde as mais simples, como providenciar um cafezinho, até algo bem complexo, como, quiçá, um planejamento estratégico. E melhor ainda, tem gosto por fazer o que faz. É quem acaba tocando o negócio e fazendo a empresa crescer.
O cabra bom é diferente do workaholic, que também trabalha com eficiência, mas mais por ter um vício no trabalho. Esse tipo pode contaminar as relações interpessoais ao exigir que os outros atendam suas altas expectativas.
Por outro lado, tem aquela pessoa que é o oposto, que adora fazer cera. Vai ao trabalho apenas para cumprir tabela. Se chega a faltar, não causa desfalque nenhum, uma vez que sua contribuição é imperceptível. É o famoso morcego.
Pela rádio peão, tem-se notícia de todo mundo. Sempre vai ter um colega fofoqueiro. Aqui temos que fazer uma diferença: o fofoqueiro que comenta por hábito, que gosta de contar uma história, e o dedo-duro que vai caguetar para o chefe alguma mancada do colega pra ficar bem na fita, ou obter alguma vantagem. Mal sabe ele que o patrão tem pavor desse tipo de puxa-saco.
Pior é o funcionário que gosta de botar banca, exaltar suas qualidades no trabalho, dizer que é o tal e que qualquer dia vai ficar no lugar do chefe. Se não ficar esperto, pode levar uma rasteira de algum invejoso por aí e ter que ir cantar em outra freguesia.

Meus pais sempre diziam que, se alguém prende muito o xixi, a bexiga acaba estourando. E é por isso que nunca fico muito tempo sem ir ao banheiro. Mas abro uma exceção em shoppings. Não gosto de usar o banheiro de shoppings por causa do que aconteceu um dia.
Naquele dia, tinha passado a tarde caminhando no shopping. E quando a gente está caminhando lá, toda hora ou está bebericando algo ou está fazendo uma boquinha, então é rapidinho que a gente recebe o chamado da natureza. A certa altura, me bateu uma vontade de ir ao banheiro, então fui.
Chegando lá, o banheiro estava vazio. Nem os zeladores que normalmente ficam plantados perto da porta estavam lá. Já fiquei com a pulga atrás da orelha. Mas entrei mesmo assim, pois estava sentindo umas pontadas que indicavam que a coisa ia ficar feia se eu não chegasse ao banheiro.
Pensei em usar o mictório. Já que não tinha ninguém ali mesmo, não ia ficar constrangido nem nada. Mas por não ter ninguém lá, pensei: bom, posso usar o sanitário mesmo. Ninguém vai me julgar.
Foi só eu abrir a porta do compartimento do vaso que a pontada que tinha sentido ficou mais forte. Não era só uma mijadinha que eu ia dar não.
Olhei para o assento do vaso. Parecia limpo, mas, ao tocar ele, senti que estava um pouco peguento. Cruzes. Podia ser desinfetante... ou podia ser... sei lá...
Resolvi cobrir o assento com umas tiras de papel higiênico. Mas quem disse que tinha na minha cabine? Fui para a do lado, que estava de porta fechada.
BUM!
Foi o barulho que fez meu empurrão na porta. Eu não reparei na trava. Tinha gente lá dentro. Alguém gritou “O QUE É ISSO AÍ, MEU?” e eu me desmanchei em desculpas. Fui procurar papel noutro lugar, mas não encontrei. Não tinham feito reposição. Que diabos.
O jeito era pegar o papel toalha de secar mão, mas o secador de mãos era daqueles de jato de ar quente.
Eita, que era meu dia...
Senti outra pontada lá embaixo e comecei a suar frio. Com ou sem papel, ia ter que botar pra quebrar... e sinceramente, ia me ver com a limpeza depois.
Bom, digamos que eu estivesse mal da barriga. Vou te poupar dos detalhes sórdidos, mas posso te dizer que o papel fez falta.
Terminei meu serviço o mais rápido possível, saí e lavei minhas mãos na pia. Não tinha sabão na saboneteira... Foi só na água mesmo. Sequei minhas mãos na camisa e vazei dali. Não ia ficar ali nem mais um minuto. Ainda mais com os grunhidos de reclamação do homem da divisória ao lado.
E desde então ando com um papel higiênico dentro de minha mochila. Só para o caso de... né?
