Today Aaron and I talk about intermittent fasting and the wellness ideas behind it. We talk about the dangers of filters and the quest for perfection in images, and if eventually social media will make reality unimpressive. Lastly, we return to the idea that kids can teach us so much. Their brains turn complex thoughts into simple expression and that's something we can re-apply as adults.
