✔️ We're all going to grow and go through life. The question is, do we want to transform? Growth is inevitable. The question is, do we want to change and accomplish the more incredible things in life? If that is you, you know that you're not interested in just average growth; what you want is 100% absolute frickin transformation!

✔️ Trusting your gut as your guide. There are many different ways to "see" our intuition in a combination of many things, and it's our truth. When you ask the question, and you say yes, but your brain says no, it would be worth leaning into what your inner compass has to say.

Let me tell you the truth: I am somebody who, for most of my adult life, was "sales avoidant," which means that if you wanted to sell me something, I would instantly be running in the opposite direction.
So when it came to me starting my coaching business, I had to get over my hardwired bias and judgments. By hiring a mindset coach and a sales mentor, I started doing a lot of work on myself and had awkward conversations until I could get to a place where I could sell with ease and grace.
Years later, I was able to prove that "Sales is not something you do to someone, but is something you do for them."

In his book, "Think and Grow Rich," Napoleon Hill wrote that whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve. The truth is, the "conceive" part is easy — but financial success is much more difficult to "believe" for many. So let me ask you a question: are you struggling to make a financial breakthrough? Have you tried different business strategies but keep getting stuck? If so, your money story may be the thing that's holding you back.
What's a money story? These are beliefs of your unconscious mind, written from when you were young, as influenced by your parents and society. If the story is positive, it'll align with your desire for expansion. But if it's negative, it'll run contrary. In all, your efforts will be rendered useless. Check out this episode in which I teach a masterclass on how to identify and rewrite your money story.

✔️Lean in and see what happens when you start accepting responsibility for your financial life. You go from being a VICTIM to being a CREATOR. If you believe that you've created your money situation, you can 'uncreate' it and build something new.
✔️You CAN create something NEW and reinvent yourself. Do away with the old things that do not serve you anymore and prevent you from achieving your true purpose.
✔️ Money doesn't come FROM people but THROUGH people. If a prospect says "no" to your offer, then it's going to come from somewhere else. Remember this every single time you show up in a sales conversation and take the posture of abundance.
✔️ There is a popular consensus that to be successful, we have to hustle hard to make a lot of money and sacrifice ourselves in the process. It isn't easy, and very few people make it to the top. What I was hoping you could take away is that that's an absolute bull. You do not have to kill yourself; you do not have to hustle harder.
✔️ With the many things going around, we forget this crucial universal truth: there is an unlimited source to answer your every need and desire, and there is more than enough for everyone.
When we entertain a scarcity mentality, such as never having enough time, money, people, or other resources, those very things are prevented from entering your life.

What are the challenges that you've come across when it comes to raising your rates? As a coach, consultant, or service-based entrepreneur, what are the mindset blocks that prevent you from increasing your income and charging premium as you choose?

✔️ Glean lessons from my journey charging $80 when I first started my coaching business to $4000 when I understood my value. Being fearful of not being able to land clients or that nobody's going to pay you is a common blockage that holds many people back from raising their rates.
✔️ Everything starts in the mind. The crucial work of doing a lot of inner work, rewiring the brain, creating a different relationship with yourself and your higher power is critical to fixing your negative beliefs about money.
✔️ If you've already achieved a certain level of success, working with 20 to 40 clients, but you're running around like a chicken with the head cut off because you can't service all of them, it only means you are overwhelmed because you're undercharging — plain and simple.
✔️ Assess the stories, beliefs, and systems you have been raised with that prevent you from seeing the value you provide and affect the results you're getting in your life and your business.
✔️ Learn the correlation between impact and income. What training, books, and coaching have you invested in yourself?
✔️ Find that rate that commiserates with your ability to provide a valuable experience. If you undervalue yourself, you're doing a disservice to the client.
✔️ Identify the stories that go into your mind when you come up with the rates that you want? What does your inner critic say: "you can't charge that because..." Be aware of what's holding you back and avoid your negative self-thoughts from controlling you.

Be able to communicate what your product or service does and how it makes the customer have a better life. Doing so allows you to collectively collaborate as a team and achieve a real sense of purpose rather than just the need to work for a living.
✔️ Learn to put your thinking C.A.P. on —
C is for "creating" vision and a plan, "communicating" that vision with other people to make a "connection" and order to "collaborate" with them in a community manner.
A is for "aligning" your mission with other people and having the "awareness" of where you are and what you're looking to "achieve" as a team.
P is for purpose and also for passion. It's all about enthusiasm and energy. When you love what you do and love for the people around you, your love for your product or service, and a love for the clients you're dealing with, I would say love is an acronym for lots of vibrant energy. You will create more efficient productivity, better time management, and a more enjoyable, loving job and loving organization.
✔️ The greatest gift you can give another person is your presence. And that's why they call it the "present moment." And if you can really listen and give them two ears and actively be attentive to what they say, as people tend to try to outdo others and impress them. If you can provide them that ear, listen to what they need, and help them get what they need, you create a connection — an authentic connection.
