Our quest to find the best games of 2017 continues! David, Jack, Brunker & Trystan reconvene to tackle the biggest impromptu questions: Best Wolftenstein II Moment, Best Nier:Automata Moment, Best Non-Wolfenstein/Nier Moment, and Best Story.

That time of year has come upon us, despite our desperate protests. David, Jack, Brunker & Trystan sit down to deliberate over which of this year's releases are worthy of these particular accolades: Most Disappointing, Best Surprise, Best Co-op/Multiplayer, Best Visuals, Best Style, Best Music, and Best Character.

Four years and 14 episodes later, David, Brunker and Jack are rejoined by Gabby to discuss all the happenings from The Game Awards and PSX. We also dive into Hellblade, A Hat In Time, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Monster Hunter Worlds, and a deep and cutting criticism of arbitrary game rating systems. Or at least that's what we'll claim Gabby was doing.

Join David, Jack and Brunker for a plethora of games played (including Nier, Fire Emblem Warriors, Battle Chef, Brigade, Zelda and oh so very much Mario), masterful segues, hot news takes, and the regular debasing of ourselves for your entertainment and/or disgust.

Jack and Brunker have returned! Now refreshed and reinvigorated from their travels, they join David to discuss Wolfenstein, South Park, One Piece, RecRoom and what will hopefully be the last of Shadow of War: More Doors. Then there's some ramshackle attempt to catch up on news and Paris Games Week. Oh damn, they beat Flozzigoops!

With Jack in Mexico and Brunker on a boat, David seeks the support of Trystan to stave off the madness and loneliness. It doesn't work. Instead they embrace the Sonic Mania, succumb to the heat on a distant RimWorld, cower in the Shadow of War, are enveloped in the Human Resource Machine, go back to the Origins of madness itself with Assassin's Creed, and just generally slip through time and space in an endless spiral of hysteria.

Jack defies death and a spit roast sandwich to join David and Brunker for the discussion of doors. Also broached are the topics of doors, doors, doors, Shadow of More Doors, Megaton Rainfall, Oxenfree, Cuphead, Earthbound, what's going on at various studios because apparently that's where all the news is going down.
