In this episode Ricardo and Fatima talk about artists that they just can't fully get behind. Fatima deeply offends Ricardo by not understanding the hype surrounding Beyoncé. Ricardo gets back at her by talking smack about Bad Bunny, but this does not mean they disagree on everything. There is one artist that they agree on, one that they do not deem worthy of being labeled "singer/actor", but their pretty privilege is something this artist benefits from greatly.
Other topics of discussion are the difference between male artist and female artist. Are there different standards that they fall into? Do we expect more from one group? Does the toxicity from the fans affect how you view an artist?

In this episode we try to talk about our pet peeves, but it mostly turns into discussing things we hate about people. For Ricardo his biggest pet peeve is people who are constantly late, while Fatima really hates fake people. There is also lots of talk about the way people eat and how certain things can make us cringe when we are trying to enjoy a meal. The discussion gets pretty deep though as the topic of children and parenting brings forth whether physical discipline has a valid place when parenting. We also discuss "toxic positivity", what it means to us and how it can do more harm than good.

Learning a different language can be extremely difficult. With American Sign Language, there was a lot more information than we expected. In this episode we are joined by the incredible Mayra Martinez, she is Ricardo's cousin so you know she is cool. Mayra and Ricardo have always been close and going through the American Sign Language Interpreting Program, was just another thing they did together. Ricardo met Fatima for the very first time halfway through the program, so in a way this podcast is a result of such interaction. In this episode we discuss the struggles we faced, we talk about the now infamous "semester from hell" while we also reminiscence on everything we took away from this journey.

Here is probably the most controversial topic we have tackled. Religion can often times be seen as a taboo topic, something that you might not even discuss with your close friends or family members. In this episode we talk about the good, the bad and the ugly of religion. While Ricardo struggles to come up with many positives, he has a plethora of negatives about religion and more that he didn't even get a chance to mention. Fatima on the other hand still considers herself Catholic, but that does not take away from her criticizing plenty of the Catholic beliefs. We really want to have a conversation and hear from you.
