Zac left home at a young age to pursue his passion of being a chef.

He’s learned a lot about himself, his craft and his leadership in the last six years and is in the process of moving to a new restaurant to continue learning and growing.

He is a great role model to young people that shows you really can do what you love everyday if you show up, work hard and keep learning.
