Spencer Sheehan has filed more than 400 lawsuits targeting products in almost every aisle of the grocery store over what he says are misleading claims on advertising and packaging, according to NPR. The area of  Consumer Litigation and Class Action is what his firm focus on. His most recent lawsuit is against Fireball Whiskey for misleading the public. He sat down with us to talk about why his passionate about customer rights and why he hopes the FDA and FTC do more to protect the public.
