Sucheta Deb Burman, an accomplished ultra-marathon swimmer from Bengaluru, has added another record to her repertoire by completing a two-way swim across the Palk Strait, covering a 62 Km distance. 

Ms. Deb Burman started Open Water Project, which clean up lakes and advocates for the protection of the environment, and with India set to be the worlds most populated country she's got her work cut out for her.
