Coach Tim Sparks shares his journey from not playing HS basketball to becoming a college basketball Head Coach! He talks about growing up in Virginia Beach and his experience as a white male attending a local HBCU (Norfolk State). Coach Sparks has been at the D1, JUCO, D3 and HS levels and still teaches during the day and still manages to work full time hours at The Apprentice School. He genuinely cares about his players and values relationships with them as well as his coaching peers. His experiences will really help coach of all ages understand the grind that it takes to be successful in coaching. Coach Sparks is the type of coach that you'd want your son to play for!
