He is currently serving a 46-year sentence for the killings of five Americans in Panama.  Tomcat, Aran and Anton talk to Wild Bill directly from one of the world's most dangerous prisons where he is incarcerated. Bill grew up on a farm and seemed to an average childhood playing high school football in Hendersonville, until he went down a dark path into a life of crime and murder for hire.
