Coach Ficke shares his journey from basketball player to coach. He talks about growing up with a father who was an Assistant Coach in the NBA, and his experience playing under Jimmy Pastos and then working at Wake Forest, Loyola Maryland, and Denver. After working his way up the ladder, he was named Head Coach at Belmont Abbey (D2) and led them to 20+ wins and a NCAA Tournament berth in his 1st season.
