The kingdom of God is diametrically opposite than the system of the world. As believers we aren’t supposed to claw our way to the top or push doors open for ourselves. We are to daily obey the Lord, walk in humility and trust God’s perfect timing. God wants to promote his people but we must learn how to clothe ourselves in true humility.
