2. Instead of looking the other way, companies need to proactively address any issues or gaps in their compliance. .
3. Companies who don’t comply will be exposed by the see-through-economy… everything is recorded and amplified through social media, brand reputation is at stake along with legal penalties.
4. Companies in non-compliance can be charged with negligence - penalties for negligence and fraud are the same.
