First, as the House select committee investigating the January 6 attack on the Capitol enters its third week of hearings, committee member Rep. Adam Schiff tells Dana Bash that this week's hearings will reveal how pressure campaigns "directed against state and local elections officials put their lives in danger." 

Next, Rep. Fred Upton joins to discuss whether the Jan. 6 committee's case is resonating with moderate Republicans and independent voters, as well as whether he thinks the Republican Party would back Trump if he decides to run again in 2024.   

Then, Dana presses Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm on the steps the Biden administration is taking to prevent a recession, including using the Defense Production Act to increase fuel supply and lower gas prices. 

And, as today marks Juneteenth, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee shares what the federal recognition of the end of slavery in America means to her after she fought to make the day a national holiday.
