We're a few weeks into the Rise of the Floodborn Meta, and its time to make some Cuts! It can be difficult to let go of certain cards in deck building, so today we give you 7 cards that are not making the cut in any of the best decks in the game. Some may Shock you more then others, but we believe removing these cards leads to much more consistency for you decks.
