Have you ever felt like an imposter? If so, then you're in good company. I find that the leaders (and parents) who are most aware of themselves and the impact they have on others tend to be the ones who doubt themselves the most. The delusional people are the ones who never feel that pang of self-doubt or uncertainty. This doesn't, however, mean that we can't learn to trust ourselves more and quell that nagging feeling like we are failing in some intrinsic way. In this podcast I offer suggestions on how you can change your mindset and stop entertaining the illusion that you will ever be perfect (safe from failure) or that you don't actually belong (imposter syndrome). You are the only one of you that we've got, and we need you.
