There are many aspects of wellbeing and if you grew up in a non-religious household like me, having a religious or spiritual mentor is a completely foreign concept. In this episode, I’ll share my experiences with spiritual mentorship, what it looks like, and when you need one. Before working with one, it wasn’t even on my radar and I for sure was skeptical about it but it turned out to be one of the best things I’ve done for myself.
