I'm excited to introduce this week's guest, Shawn Anderson. He's had loads of exciting adventures, some of which we touch on in this episode. But the focus is on the Camino Primitivo—Spain's very first Camino route, though its popularity has been eclipsed in recent years by the much more popular Camino Francés.
In this episode, we discuss the inner aspects of hiking a long-distance trail like this one, and Shawn talks about the benefits of what he calls "axe sharpening adventures." I love his take on the benefits of having regular adventures, and I'm sure you'll enjoy this episode.
