Welcome to the third episode of four in the series : Intro to breathwork. In today's episode we practice an ancient Breathwork technique used in yoga we called ujjayi. To practice this technique we breathe in deeply through the nose & exhale through the nose with a slight contraction of the throat imagining we want to "fog up a window".This is a great breathing technique that can help relieve tension, stress, & assist you in finding calm when you're feeling agitated.
