So, Bruce, to start can you provide a brief overview of your career in pharmacy - who are you, and what brought you to this point?

What are the biggest take ways that apply to our listeners today – you know – with low reimbursement, egregious audits, DIR fees, mail order, etc. What have you learned that will help pharmacy owners today?

Do something other than pharmacy and do it exceptionally well

Atmosphere, ambiance, looks matters

Most people won’t, but a few will pay

Have a “can do” attitude. Grit

Management matters

Have a noble purpose

Sell you staff

Delegate

Be flexible, try new things, fail forward

Have an idea, theme

Get magazine to cover
