This episode introduces a new 10 to 12 episode series centered around preparing your business for a successful COVID-19 rebound. We're going to deliver these episodes in 3 different categories. The first category will be an internal audit, including topics such as banking, legal, finance, and marketing. The second category will be centered around building capabilities, especially while you have time to focus and execute on it. We will wrap this series up discussing generating revenue and how to come out of this time prepared to generate revenue, accommodate patient flows, and make sure the second half of 2020 is far better than the first half. If you can follow us through this new series, we know you'll be better prepared to come out of this uncertainty on the winning end of it.
