Ooooooooeeeeee we just went through a ringer of an election.  Feelings are soaring HIGH.  So this week I’m going to talk about two important lessons I learned as an activist in my twenties and how they still ring true today.  AND how they might help you through—well anything—including but not limited to, an incredible election.  If I had to, I could boil it down into one word: nourishment.  Whadya say, doesn’t that sound good!?
