In this episode, I’m joined by Pamela Downes, a trance channel and spiritual teacher who works with the Great Council of Light. She shares how her awakening unfolded over time, and how her intuitive and channeling abilities developed through lived experience, not all at once, and not always in ways that initially made sense. We have all heard the adage that history repeats itself. It’s usually used as a warning to take heed of the things that are going wrong so that they do not happen again. But from the standpoint of the law of attraction, what we focus on grows, and it’s not so much that history repeats, but that we are continually re-creating it based on our interpretations of the past and what we have been conditioned to expect in the future. In this episode, we explore these seemingly repeating patterns in our lives and in the collective, and how we can learn to shift our focus and responses to create a better future moving forward. Three years ago, Danny Goler noticed something that didn’t quite fit how we usually understand perception. For days, I was seeing spiders everywhere.  On the wall, on my lounge chair, climbing up the side of my car, on an oracle card.  I treat every animal visitor, especially those that are persistent, as messengers.  In this episode, I share about my encounter with the sacred spider energy, and how I have learned to soften my mind, notice what gently grabs my attention, and allow the answers to come to me, rather than struggling to “figure it out.”  I also share some simple steps we can all use to work with the energy of signs, and why signs work best when we stay playful, curious, and unattached.
