Yes yes yes (said in a sigh) 2026 is the year of the horse, but if your like me you may be not yet galloping, or even trotting...maybe more like that Mare in the paddock, slowly stretching and waking up in to a whole new energy that is 2026. 

If you prefer a softer start to the year, and a more feminine, intuitive approach to "allowing" in the new - then come trot along with me, where we will take a moment to reflect on 2025 and feel in to the energy that is coming.

Recently I had an experience of 'falling down the vibration ladder' - a bit like Snakes and Ladders, I could feel myself dropping in frequency.

Here I share how we are now getting to chose our 'highest possible time-lines' and our 'frequency' and what happens when we go back to the known out of fear of the unchartered sea.

Also dancing in literally (after a morning naked dance) to curiosity around using our feminine flow in all parts of our life.

Joy is our birthright and yet a lot of our nervous systems are programmed to reject Joy and peace as it is unfamiliar.
